Users of this web site may, in no way, use this site to violate any laws, local, national, or otherwise. Only a user’s own work may be uploaded. Photos of someone else’s or your own that have copyrights held by someone else are not permitted on this site.

Any information uploaded to this site will be in public view, with the exceptions of your name, password, and email address. These will not be released without prior permission from the User. However, Band Pics and its administrative staff reserve the right to release ANY information with due reason to authorities.

There is currently no limit to how many photos a single User can upload. There are currently no charges related to using this site. There are no plans to implement charges.

All Users of this site are REQUIRED to abide by the laws and regulations laid out by Creative Commons licensing. Those who do not risk punishment under the DMCA.
